I am now a newly minted Tauren Druid. After about 45 minutes of play I'm just shy of level 4. So far it is pretty easy. The hardest part is moving the character, ie what is right click and what is left and why is it scrolling now? The play seems to be pretty noob friendly.
I know it won't take much to get the hang of all the new keys and buttons, just time and practice. No worse than transitioning from Mac to a Doze machine.
